Kindly note that we only ship orders once per week. While there is no fixed shipping day, we do endeavour to ship all orders within one week of the order date. The shipping options available during checkout only refer to the shipping method we will use, not to the order processing and fulfillment time before shipment. Please also note that while due to Covid it might take us a little longer than usual to fulfill your order, we will endeavour to ship it as fast as possible.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong, so please be aware of your local import duty and tax regulations before placing your order. You will be responsible for paying all import/tax charges levied by your government on this shipment.

We require a telephone number for shipment, and cannot ship to P.O.Box addresses. To avoid delays in the fulfillment of your order, please make sure that you provide us with an actual street address and valid telephone number.

Please note that if more than 3 months have passed since your parcel was shipped, we can no longer make any claim with the carriers for a lost parcel. In such cases, we will be unable to issue any refund or ship any replacement. If you have not received your parcel, please make sure that you contact us well before the 3 months have elapsed.
