Returns and refunds policy
RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, therefore fit for resale. It must also be in its complete original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to provide us with proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our actual cost incurred to ship your order to you will be deducted from your refund. This will be more than the flat rate contribution which you paid at the time of your order.
Furthermore, given that our credit card payment gateway no longer refunds the fees they already collected on transactions which get cancelled, if you decide to return your item or cancel your order we will also have to deduct the fees we have been charged from the refund which is sent to you.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number and return address. We will not accept any return without an RMA number.
Please note that if more than 3 months have passed since your parcel was shipped, we can no longer make any claim for a lost parcel. In such cases, we will be unable to issue any refund or ship any replacement. If you have not received your parcel, please make sure that you contact us well before the 3 months have elapsed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will find out about your return.
